The pundits and the media have done everything possible to prevent Huckabee from becoming president. They have distorted his record. The Hannity's and Limbaughs of the world declared it a 2 man race when it wasnt. That probably cost Huckabee Missouri and Oklahoma. They continue to do it now saying its over when for a brief period on super Tuesday they said that Huckabee was back in. They kept him from getting fair time at the debates because they had annointed Mitt Romney Mr. Conservative.
The conservatives want that evangelical vote and the grass roots vote but when the most conservative candidate comes from thet group they say thanks but no thanks. We wont support you. We will portray you as a radical religous nut and try to thwart you at every turn. We will hope a big money cadidate comes in and says that he is a conservative and rally around him and trash everyone else. I feel let down by my party and the conservative base. I hope the rest of the American people can restore some of my faith in our political process by voting by the best candidate and not just doing what the media tells them today. I saw some of that on Tuesday.

And this to those of you who still rant about McCain and praise Romney. SHUT UP! You made this happen and if McCain wins its your fault. I'll vote for whoever the nominee is but part of me is hoping for a new grass roots conservative party to form. Because the supposed true conservatives have really let us down and along with the media have really done a grave disservice to our nation.

Open letter to Romney supporters.

Now the Romney camp is trying to say that Huckabee is taking votes away from Mitt. I cant think of many reasons why a Huckabee supporter would vote for Mitt even if Mike were to drop out. We know that wont happen. We see through Mitt's lies and phoniness. Mitt lied and attcked Huckabee with untrue adds in Iowa. he is trying to buy the election and its not working. Mitt should be the one to quit because he is delusional if he thinks that he has any chance. For all of you that hate McCAin and are backing Romney, here is a true sentence for you. Its sad to watch the media and Mitt Romney try to hijack this election with inaccurate and irresponsible reporting. Everytime they say it is a two person race they might take a vote away from Mike because someone believes it to be true. We need to be sure to tell everyone to look aghead to the polls in the southern states so they can realize that Mitt will be 3rd in delegate count. If anyone has no shot in this thing its Romney. The primary before last Mitt finished 4th. None of the media seems to be able to remember that. It's up to us.

Far from over

Check out this link. http://www.usaelectionpolls.com/2008/articles/how-republican-race-look-after-super-tuesday-delegates-012808001.html. It's refreshing to see someone write something objective concerning Mike's chances. Mike can and will still win the nomination.
